A luxury resort condominium hotel at Grand Harbor development on the Indian River, near Vero Beach, is the center-piece of the horse-shoe shaped main harbor and town center. The 200 rooms are organized around a courtyard on four separate and distinct islands, each with its own particular lanscaped garden. The hotel center, at the head of this composition serves as a gatehouse to the residential enclave. Cars are dropped off at the center and guests are either taken by jitney or water taxi to their assigned room on one of the islands.
