Within large loft-like boxes of volumetric space, service cores are centrally placed. A system of parallel walls, which define these cores, extends from inside the units to the exterior public domain. In addition to defining thresholds, the stucco planes create a gradient of public to private spaces both on the interior and exterior. The front wall provides a single communal identity for this grouping of six units.
