This limited, invited international design competition for the prestigious existing golf club in Surrey, entailed master planning and schematic design of a new club house, pro-shop and housing facility. Proposal organizes a linear sequence of buildings, exterior courts and gardens, integrated into the landscape to take maximum advantage of views. The system enhances relationships to the existing fairways without disruption, and accommodates new tennis courts and stadium, as well as other recreational facilities and parking.
