Houston AIA Honor Award 1978

This four-story house, on the back half of a lot in the Montrose area of Houston, is designed to provide privacy from a busy street by organizing the service functions such as stairs, bathrooms and kitchen into a thickened four-story wall. This allows the living areas to nestle more freely among the bosk of trees in the back.
